Property Policy
• 2 night minimum stay unless schedule has one single night between reservations
• 3 night minimum stay on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Holidays
Check In/Out
• Red, Yellow & Pink Check in time: 2:00 pm or later Check out time: By 10:00 am
• All other units Check in time : 3:00 pm or later Check out time: By 11:00 am
• Door codes will not activate until check in time of respected unit.
Late Checkout Fee
A $50 late fee will be applied to all reservations departing after posted checkout time unless prior approval given.
NO SMOKING IN UNITS
NO SMOKING of any substance inside of the units.
$150 Fine imposed if smoking inside is detected.
ONLY OUTDOOR smoking is permitted.
Rental Age
is limited to 21 years or older.
Children welcome
in our turquoise and purple family units.
Burn Ban
No outside open fires if Burn Ban signs are posted on entrance gates.
Rental Guidelines
Confirmation of reservation represents acceptance of all rules and policies and guidelines of Calico Heights an email will be sent as receipt of booking with complete copy of policy.
Pet Policy
• $50 fee per pet for the duration of your visit (Maximum of 2 pets)
• Pets not identified on reservation prior to arrival is $75 per pet.
• No unattended pets left for long periods unless kenneled.
• Leashes are required when pets are outdoors in common spaces.
• Refrain pets from furniture/bedding & jacuzzi.
• Pick up after your pets outside.
• Sweep excess dog hair.
• Reservations are subject to additional fees if pet guidelines are not adhered to, excessive cleanup after pet or damages incurred by pet during visit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are governed by the platform of booking (Airbnb, Vrbo, Glamping Hub, etc.) Reservations made on Calico Heights website or direct by phone adhere to Calico Heights policy.
Calico Heights Policy
15 days or more prior to arrival- $25 for all cabins
48 hr-14 days prior to arrival- Red, Orange, Yellow, Pink, Maroon, Green & Blue $75 |Turquoise $100 |Purple $125
24hr - 48hr prior to arrival- 1st night rental cost
24 hour or less prior to arrival - cost of full reservation-no refunds
Inclement Weather
Calico Heights remains open during inclement weather. Storm shelters and winter snow/ice maintenance and removal is provided. Guests should make decision based on personal safety. If cancel is considered on weather forecast, cancelation policy will apply. If treacherous travel is expected the day of arrival please contact us to discuss options.
